1 - ABOUT THIS RETURN POLICY

1.1 - Please always keep in mind that you are purchasing a product that, due to its manufacturing characteristics and special finishing treatments, intentionally presents imperfections. These imperfections are part of the unique characteristics of the product you have purchased or will purchase. The assembly and fit with the case are firm and precise.

1.2 - The product being purchased was manufactured based on an order placed by the buyer; consequently, any refund will apply solely to the second payment, which represents 75% of the agreed total price. All shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility.

1.3 - Before shipping, your bracelet goes through a thorough process of inspection and verification of the finish, assembly, and proper functioning.

1.4 - We will assume responsibility solely and exclusively for any defects related to the assembly of the product you have purchased, if it is deemed to be our responsibility, after exhaustive investigation and detailed analysis of what occurred, and always, at our discretion, it will be the final decision and conclusion regarding the acceptance, or not, of the return of the product purchased by the buyer.

1.5 - Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return any unused and undamaged item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all components and seals intact. Returns are only accepted for orders placed on www.sincewatches.com. We recommend that all returns be shipped with a valid tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, broken, or damaged during the return process. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

1.6 - To make a return, please contact us by email through this link. Once we accept the return, the item must be returned in its original condition, with its box and all included accessories, within 14 days of delivery. If the security seals are removed or altered, our return policy will be voided. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

1.7 - You must return the products undamaged and in their original condition, including any accessories included in the product price. Any product that fails the quality inspection, as determined solely by SINCEWATCHES (e.g., scratches, worn or damaged items, missing components), will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued. You must take the necessary precautions to care for the products until they are returned. Once the contract between you and us has been canceled, we will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the products.

1.8 - A package containing multiple items may only be returned for a refund as a single set and with all original items.
