1 - ABOUT THIS WARRANTY POLICY

1.1 - We offer a 12-month warranty for assembly defects.  

1.2 - Please note that you are purchasing a product that, due to its manufacturing characteristics and special finishing treatments, intentionally features irregularities. These irregularities are part of the product's unique characteristics. The assembly and fit with the box are firm and precise.

1.3 - We will assume responsibility solely and exclusively for any defects related to the assembly of the product you have purchased if, following a thorough investigation and detailed analysis of what occurred, it is determined that it is our responsibility, at our discretion, we will make the final decision and conclusion regarding the acceptance of the return of the purchased product by the buyer and the reimbursement of the purchase expenses.

1.4 - This warranty does NOT cover: 

• If the product was purchased anywhere other than Sincewatches.com.
• Normal wear and tear, aging of the gaskets, scratches, dents, etc.
• Any damage to any part of the bracelet resulting from improper, abusive, or careless use, accidents, impacts, dents, crushing, breakage, misuse, or any consequence due to mistreatment.
• Indirect or consequential damages of any kind resulting from the use, malfunction, defects, or inaccuracy of the bracelet.
• Negligence, lack of proper care, or lack of regular maintenance. We recommend reading Care and Maintenance. 
• If the bracelet has been handled by an unauthorized person or altered from its original state outside of SINCEWATCHES' control.
