1.3 - This Notice establishes the basis on which we will process the personal data provided by the User to comply with and, additionally, confirm the Terms and Conditions, process online orders and shipments, and conduct necessary communication during the period of time established by law.

3.2 - We only process the Customer's identification and contact information necessary for the fulfillment of the purchase contract.

3.3 - We process personal data for order processing and accounting purposes, as well as for necessary communication between the contracting parties for the period stipulated by law. Personal data will not be made public or transferred to other countries.

4 - PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

4.1 - SINCEWATCHES processes the Customer's personal data for the following purposes:

• To fulfill the online order placed by the Customer.
• To comply with the law and regulations arising from the contractual relationship between the Customer and SINCEWATCHES.
• If you wish to enter into a contract with us, we will need to obtain certain personal data to create it, such as your name, delivery address, place of residence, payment option, or contact information.
• If you decide not to provide the required information, we will not be able to formalize this contract.

5 - PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA STORAGE

5.1 - We store personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between SINCEWATCHES and the Customer, and for 3 years after the conclusion of the contractual relationship.

5.2 - We delete all personal data once the established retention period has expired.

6.1 - SINCEWATCHES does not use third parties or subcontractors to process the Customer's personal data. This processing is essential for the successful fulfillment of the purchase agreement and for processing the online order data between SINCEWATCHES and the Customer.

7.1 - In accordance with the Regulation, the Client has the right to:

• Access to personal data. Rectification of personal data.
• Erasure of personal data.
• Object to the processing of personal data.
• Data portability.
• Withdraw consent for the processing of personal data in writing or by email sent to sincewatches.com.
• Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if noncompliance with the Regulation is suspected.

8.1 - SINCEWATCHES takes all necessary technical and organizational precautions for the protection of personal data and its storage, in particular, to ensure computer access by password, the use of antivirus software and regular computer maintenance.

9 - FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1 - By placing an electronic order on the website sincewatches.com, the Customer confirms that they are informed of all the conditions for the protection of personal data and accepts them in their entirety.

9.2 - The Customer accepts these rules when submitting the purchase order request or making the first payment of 25% of the total price stipulated for the item for which they have placed the order, which corresponds to the start of the manufacturing of the ordered item(s).

9.3 - We may update these Rules at any time. The new version will be published on this website.
