ORDER POLICY

• Send us your Order Request by completing our order form. Don't forget to specify the quantity and the bracelet model you would like us to manufacture: Hopper or Kite.
• If your Order Request is accepted, we will confirm it by email, along with a payment request of 25% of the total price of your bracelet. See here for the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
• Once the 25% payment has been received, we will send you an email notification that the manufacturing for your bracelet has begun.
• Once the manufacturing process for your bracelet is complete, we will email you a payment request for the remaining 75% of the total price stipulated for your bracelet.
• Once the remaining 75% payment has been received, your bracelet will be ready for shipment. See here for shipping terms.
